These terms cover use of Quorum at enoughpeople.com, including the text messages the service sends.
Messaging terms
By giving an organiser your mobile number and agreeing to receive their invitations, you consent to receive text messages from Quorum on their behalf.
- What you receive: invitations to events, confirmation that you have a place, and notice of whether an event is going ahead or has been called off.
- How often: message frequency varies and depends on how often the person who invited you organises something. Typically a handful of messages per event.
- Cost: Quorum does not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive no further messages. Reply START to resume.
- For help: reply HELP, or email help@enoughpeople.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with our messaging provider in order to deliver the messages you have been sent. See our Privacy Policy.
Using the service
Organisers may only add people they know personally and who have agreed to receive invitations from them. Adding numbers obtained any other way — purchased lists, scraped sources, or people who have not agreed — is not permitted and will result in the account being closed.
Quorum may not be used to send marketing, promotional, political, or third-party content of any kind.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We do our best to deliver every message and to resolve every event correctly, but we cannot guarantee delivery, which depends on carriers outside our control. Do not rely on Quorum alone for anything urgent or safety-critical.
