Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 September 2026
Quorum ("we") runs an invitation service at enoughpeople.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. It is short because the service collects little.
What we collect
- From organisers: name, mobile number, and the events they create — title, description, location, date, the minimum and maximum number of people, and the deadline.
- About invited people: the name and mobile number the organiser saved for them, and their answer to each invitation.
- Message records: the messages we send, when they were sent, and whether delivery succeeded.
We do not collect location data, do not use tracking cookies, do not run advertising, and do not build profiles of anyone.
Contacts are never uploaded in bulk
Organisers add people one at a time from their own phone. Quorum never uploads, imports, or copies an address book. Only the individual people an organiser has chosen are stored.
How phone numbers are used
A phone number is used for one thing: sending that person invitations and status updates about events they have been invited to by someone who knows them.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with anyone for marketing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with our messaging provider, Twilio, strictly in order to deliver the messages you have been sent.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further messages. This takes effect immediately and permanently, and does not require contacting anyone. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Keeping and deleting data
Event and message records are kept while an event is live and for a short period afterwards so organisers can see what happened. An organiser can delete a person from their saved list at any time, which removes that person's details.
To have your information removed, or to ask what is held about you, email privacy@enoughpeople.com and we will act within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Invitation links contain a random token that identifies the invitation. Anyone holding the link can answer that invitation, so treat it as personal to you.
Children
Quorum is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Questions: privacy@enoughpeople.com.
